hello lovelies!
Pam (the mother), is a spiritual mentor and teacher and is wife and mother of four. Currently writing my first book, Consider It All Joy, which is how this all was born.
Mary (the daughter), is a wedding photographer and wife and mother of four. I desired to bring my mom's gift and vision to life and taught myself all things podcast and now, here we are.
We love all things flowers, hot tea and pumpkin pie (yes together), and scheming I mean, dreaming up new ideas.
So basically, if you put us on a flower farm with a slice of pie and hot tea and gave us enough time, we could solve all the world's problems.
Our deepest longing and desire is to encourage other women toward Christ and to create safe places to share our stories and see the beauty in how God is working so uniquely in each of us.
One part photographer. One part biographer. One part tea (just kidding, kinda)
We're Pam & Mary
Pamela Ames has been a spiritual mentor and teacher for 30 years. Her central message has been the value of leaning into who God is in the midst of our storied lives filled with joy and pain.
Pam is greatly moved by beholding whatever is lovely in all its forms, and has been marked by discovering beauty and hope in the midst of difficulty.
Authors, including the Word, have been her primary and faithful mentors throughout her God journey and the inspiration for the power of listening came through the modeling of her mother, Frances.
Pamela is foremost a mom of 4, grandma to 10, Brad’s wife for almost 47 years and spiritual mother to many. Her family, friends and the stranger in front of her can easily capture her attention and heart at any given moment.
Now in her winter season of life, Pamela gladly welcomes God’s new vision - to gather up His acorns of gold and share them through her new podcast, “More Than Enough”, which she co-hosts with her youngest daughter, Mary Frances (Ames) Cochran.
MEET PAM
With God, change is always possible.
Mary currently lives in the midwest with her husband and 4 kids, 3 of whom are teenagers! Life is crazy and full and there are days when she dreams of living in a remote Swiss village on top of a mountain. But that’s totally normal, right?!
When Mary isn't wrangling teenagers, she works full time as a wedding photographer and loves to travel and capture beauty wherever she goes.
Mary is also passionate about encouraging woman and cheering them on to do whatever God has called them to do. She believes one of her callings in this season is to help Mama Pam get her book out into the world and to bring her vision to life with the More Than Enough Podcast.
More than anything though, Mary knows that her ultimate life mission is to passionately love Jesus and believes He is the only one who can sustain us in the midst of this crazy thing called life.

Pam discovered her love for flowers slowly over the last decade and has quickly become a lover of all flowers- hydrangeas being at the top of the list!
While Mary loves her some pink peonies, plants are the thing that have won her heart. Fiddle figs being one of her absolute favs!
